Postage, packing and delivery times
Delivery to mainland UK using City Link- up to 20kg £5.05
Delivery to mainland UK using Parcel Force- up to 2kg £3.05
Please allow ten working days for production and delivery.
Returns / refunds / replacements
Because our photobooks are personalised products, we are unable to offer refunds. However if there proves to be a manufacturing defect we will happily reprint the photobook and post it to you free of charge, on receipt of the faulty item.
It is important you use the "Preview" facility in our software so you can see exactly what the photobook will look like before you place your order.
Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern the sale and supply of goods by EASYPhotobook to you. Each order placed by you will constitute a contract between you and EASYPhotobook in accordance with these Terms and Conditions to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions.
Specification of goods
The goods are materially in accordance with the description given in this website but you must select the appropriate quantity and any other applicable configuration when placing your order.
Acceptance of order
All goods are subject to availability and an order will not constitute an agreement on our part to sell goods to you until it is accepted by us. You will be notified of our acceptance as soon as reasonably possible after your order has been received.
Prices and payment
The prices of the goods are as specified on our site and application. Prices may change and the applicable price is that shown on the day which your order is placed. Costs for delivery outside mainland Britain ie, Scottish Highlands, & Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Eire & European countries will be notified to you and payment in full must be made before goods can be despatched.
Delivery
We will confirm receipt of your order, and the delivery of the goods will be made to the address shown in your order. Unless we are notified by e mail or otherwise in writing within seven days of the date of delivery of the goods they will be deemed to have been received by you undamaged and in good order.
Your right to cancel
You have the right to cancel your order before the goods have been prepared for production. To cancel your order you should notify us in writing or by e-mail within a maximum of eight hours from placing of order.
Quality
We give you the warranty that all the goods will, in all material respects, comply with the description given of them on our site and that they will be of satisfactory quality and fit for the purpose for which they are indicated on our site. Except for the foregoing warranty no other warranty for the goods is given.
Intellectual property rights
All material on this site is covered by international copyright laws and treaties. Accordingly you should not copy, reproduce or retransmit any material from this site apart from pages for your own personal use.
General provisions
- We may alter these Terms and Conditions from time to time and post the new version on our site and that version will take effect immediately thereafter. You must check these Terms and Conditions on our site regularly. They, together with the privacy policy, the order form and any instructions in that order form, will form the contract between us.
- If any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall become illegal or unenforceable for any reason whatsoever then these Terms and Conditions shall take effect as if such provision had been omitted and the remainder of the Terms and Conditions shall not be affected.
- These Terms and Conditions and your use of our website are governed by English law and you submit to the non exclusive jurisdiction of the English court.
- Failure by either party to exercise any right or remedy under this agreement does not constitute a waiver of that right or remedy.
Notices
All notices shall be given to us:
by post to EASYPhotobook, The Old Ambulance Station, Crowborough Hill, Crowborough, East Sussex, TN6 2SD by e-mail via our contact form and to you at either the e-mail or the postal address you provide on your order form.
Notice will be deemed received when an e-mail is received in full (or on the next business day if it is received on a weekend or during a public holiday) or three days after the date of posting.
